I made these because I needed them first

I started Mirrored Affirmations because I knew what it was to stand at my own mirror full of doubt.
I overthought everything, second-guessed my worth, and had to summon
courage I wasn’t sure I had.
So I put the words I needed where I couldn’t avoid them.
